Your information. Handled with care.
Review version — these documents require ARAVEX's legal and privacy approval before public launch.
This policy explains how information submitted through this website is handled.
Information you provide
The technology-interest form collects your name, company, email, country, interest category and any optional non-confidential context. These details are used to assess and respond to your expression of interest, not for unrelated marketing. The project enquiry form collects your name, company, email, optional phone number, country, enquiry category and the non-confidential description you choose to provide. Do not submit technical drawings, sensitive personal information or proprietary information.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to your request, organise the discussion by category and support potential project collaboration. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website's managed database and are accessible through authenticated, authorised administration. Website hosting, storage and email-delivery providers process information to operate the service. A notification containing your enquiry details is sent to ARAVEX’s enquiry inbox through Resend. Your email address is used as the reply address so ARAVEX can respond. Access is limited to handling your enquiry.
Retention and requests
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting relationship and applicable obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion using the General Enquiry category and identifying your earlier enquiry without resending sensitive details. Specific retention periods and the responsible legal entity must be confirmed by ARAVEX before public launch.
Cookies and analytics
Essential session technology supports administrator login and security. A local preference remembers an analytics choice. No optional analytics loads unless configured and accepted. If Google Analytics is enabled, it receives website usage events after your consent; it does not receive enquiry descriptions through this website. You may change your choice using the footer's Privacy choices control.
Confidential development
The public enquiry form is not a confidential document exchange. Any later exchange of proprietary information should follow an agreed confidential process.
Policy changes
ARAVEX may update this policy as its website and operations develop. The version shown on this page applies to the current website experience.
